lovely stay near public transport
friendly staff comfortable bed balcony area extra touches
the staff were very friendly and accommodating i especially liked the little touches , made my stay extra special the room was perfect and i loved the balcony area the bed was also comfortable i found it easy to relax and enjoy my time in the hotel
the photos of the rooms online looked slightly different from the actual rooms but the high standards were maintained so it was not a big issue

lovely restaurant water dispenser
the metro was very close. a lovely restaurant was on the street.. breakfast was very well supplied, and i enjoyed filling our water bottle from the dispenser.
the room was way too hot even with the thermostat control. we spoke to reception every day, but it wasn't turned down. i had to sleep with the door open, resulting in poor sleep because of the loud street noise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They welcomed me so warmly! the location near the metro station proved very convenient. the decor exuded a unique, romantic character. I just loved it. the comfy beds ensured restful nights.
i found the absence of furniture on my balcony quite disappointing.

The hotel staff offered really good support, always available to assist with any request. they provided a cute gesture in the room. I was so touched! the daily cleaning service was consistent, even changing towels without prompting.

i got a room with a balcony. it was pretty cool. fresh towels looked daily. i didn't even ask for them.
the hotel was only ok, nothing lovely. rooms felt a tiny bit too small, but that's common i guess.

The room offered a coffee machine alongside coffee capsules. A kettle for tea was also available in the room. The hotel is near a metro station, providing easy access to various tourist spots. I found the neighborhood to be calmer and nicer.
